Orders
Every project starts with a written quote. Work begins after the 50% deposit is received.
Payment
Payment is in USDT or USDC only. The remaining 50% is due on delivery, before the final files are sent.
Changes
Two rounds of changes are included. New ideas after the plan is agreed may be quoted separately.
Use of the work
After full payment you may use the delivered work worldwide on your own channels and in paid ads. The AI stars, their names and looks remain the property of Nightshift Studio unless you bought a Custom AI star.
Refunds
If we have not started work, the deposit is refunded in full. Once work has started, the deposit is not refundable.
Content rules
We do not make content that copies real people or other brands, or that is illegal, hateful or misleading. We may decline any project.
AI labeling
Content is AI-generated and should be labeled as such where a platform requires it.
